Natalya’s background includes significant experience in emerging technology, heavily constrained markets, product strategy, and agile development, with a consistent focus on delivering tangible user value and business results.
She am particularly passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation, positioning clients as market leaders and capturing the imagination of their target audience. Currently employed full time at Google Chrome — Munich.

Engineering & PM Mentoring
McKinley Tech is a STEM HS in the Washington, DC area, promoting both hardware and software development.
In order to provide guidance on the senior projects, Natalya conducts regular discussions and check-ins with team leads to provide guidance on how to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and on scope.
She continues this work in San Francisco with Techtonica - an incubator to give a jump start to those who identify as women to dive into engineering; and through Alphabet volunteering opportunities supporting women, people of color, immigrant and refugee communities.

General Assembly Events
To inspire others with great product development, Natalya regularly teaches at General Assembly and is a panelist on speaking engagements.
Coding Sponsorships
New coding communities, particularly serving underfunded groups such as women and people of colour, need a place to meet and guidance. Natalya remains an advocate of these groups - regularly devoting time to assisting these groups find locations, sponsorships, and guidance to ensure their events are a success.
