Driven by an aggressive timeline, we dove directly into customer interviews and market analysis, running tight sprints focused on MVP functionality. Success was originally defined by our stakeholders as a single feature product with white-labelling by the major social media platforms.
The Final Technology
We are continually iterating on that first release with great success. Less than 6 months from conception, the product is driving incoming business and stands to break even in under a year, now sporting over 10 competitive features.
Used for social media listening and management, Grandstand allows users to see conversations across social media platforms based on hashtags. Robust filtering and sorting capabilities allow users to see targeted conversations to participate in, while deeper dives into related conversations, thought leaders, and geographic trends show opportunities for expansion. Users can curate user generated content for promotion and push to display conversations not only on physical displays, but also automated website displays.
